Mushrooms never go wrong. I love this mock 😍 would come back for dumpling soup

Love me a good actual plant based dish (with no mock stuff) and with lots of flavour. Monkeyhead mushroom has this interesting texture to it and highly recommend trying it when you’re at a Chinese restaurant.
