This is a nice burger option from The Hungry Caterpillar. The burger is soft, but the spelt sourdough slices are big enough to contain it. It also has cashew cheese, red onion, tomato, pickles, and a house sauce. We added microgreens for an extra charge. This is overall just a nice healthy sandwich option. Nothing mind blowing, but satisfying.
