Big Mac Crafty Mac

Full points for originality but the taste was kind of underwhelming. Not bad, just not as flavourful as it sounds or looks. **update to the above: had leftovers of this the following day, and it was much tastier. In the future, I’ll get it and eat it the next day!

I mean, not the healthiest option, but it sounded interesting and ended up beating out my other choice (which I’ll get next time). I added a lot of hot sauce to it when we got home and didn’t taste much cheesy flavour (maybe the hot sauce covered that). But it looks pretty good just looking at it.

I can’t go to a vegan restaurant and not try the Mac. I was pleasantly surprised to see they had a Big Mac style Mac. It was super creamy and delicious.

Mac and Cheese and plant burger crumbles with a homemade burger sauce... so damn good!
