Bibimbap Vegetables And Tofu

This is the tofu bibimbap, I obviously had it without the egg that is offered as a topping and the restaurant always asks if you are vegan or vegetarian when ordering to make sure. Super tasty when all mixed up and plenty of tofu and vegetables!
