Biang Biang Aubergine with Soy minced Meat

One of the tastiest dish i have ever had in my Life.

Wow, just wow 😻 I fell in love with these hand pulled noodles! Chonky and tasty, with a lot of condiments - homemade stew with fresh spices, Sichuan pepper, garlic, chili, coriander, spring onion, Chinese cabbage, roasted aubergine, soy mince and a drizzle of homemade Szechuan hot garlic oil. Simply perfect, it's a bit pricey and the portion is not huge but it's totally worth it and I swear you will feel satisfied after eating them.
