This is a brand new menu item from this vegan friendly bagel shop in New York City. You get your choice of bagels or you can even have it on a couple different types of breads or wraps whatever you choose. It has vegan egg Beyond sausage , Stokeld cheese and hot sauce. You also have the option of toasting the bagel and adding a bunch of different extras. If you want to they cost more money, but you do have that option so it’s completely customizable to your taste. I had on a plain bagel and had a toasted and I did not add anything else When I order it again. I would ask for a little extra hot sauce because I like it a little bit spicy. 🌶️ being in New York we like our bagels, big and filled, and this did not disappoint. It was a very big sandwich for sure while there was a thin slice of the sausage. I was fine with that because I really wanted more of the egg and cheese was a generous portion of both the cost for this item is $15 for the basic sandwich again you can add other stuff but it will cost you more . I know this is a new item. I really hope they keep it on the menu cause I really enjoyed this one and it was very filling and satisfying so check it out.
