This was so good that would melt in my mouth! It’s tofu Benedict and sooo good! Still dreaming about this It lol! Definitely try it

“Tofu, English muffin, Bloomsdale spinach, tomato hollandaise.” Highlight of brunch was this. I haven’t had a lot of great vegan Benedicts so it’s a nice treat to find one. Not something I’ll eat every weekend at $21, but a great choice if ya want to spend it.
