Belgian Waffle with Chocolate and Cream

I only had 1 waffle 🧇 in my life before, back when I was still vegetarian and I really liked it. After going vegan I hadn’t had another chance until last week in Bruxelles. And it was fantastic! The waffle itself was delicious, a bit crunchy and soft at the same time. On top there was a creamy #chocolate sauce and a huge blob of soft, fluffy whipped cream 😋 Luscious, decadent and sweet. I absolutely LOVED it 😍 It was crunchy outside and soft and warm inside: really good! The waffle with two toppings costs 6,50€ but it is worth it! I think I’d try it again with less toppings on it, so that I can taste the flavor of the batter alone. I recommend it :) The whipped cream was really good

Brussels made my waffle dreams come true! Veganwaf’ is a really cool little stand that makes amazing waffles that are both vegan and gluten-free! The waffles are so incredibly delicious and the chocolate and vegan cream are top notch! Simply divine!
