Beetroot And Cashew Cheese

I'm always a bit apprehensive abt beetroot dishes. I feel that it's one of those hit or miss for me, thts just preference n tastebuds of course. But this one, simple, tasty, n a lot of thought has been put into this dish cos its pleasant and enjoyable. Took me by surprise.

Couldn’t taste the cashew cheese at all coz it’s such a thin layer… beetroot was alright but don’t think they did anything special to it. Sourdough crisps were good. Wouldn’t order this again

Loved the presentation of this dish. Cashew sauce was creamy, beets lacked flavour but a decent appetiser.

Interesting dish, but was not wow-ed by it. Trying it once is enough for me

My favourite dish! The mix of beetroot and creamy cashew cheese with the crispy toast is a must try!
