VEGANOBuonissimo davvero, consistenza del gulash pazzesca e anche il pane super soffice l'ho adorato. Unica nota è che il gulash non è tantissimo mentre la salsa è molto abbondante per la sua quantità ma in realtà anche i piatti onnivori dei ristoranti in giro per la città sono uguale quindi è normale

Ho temuto che fosse carne appena l'ho assaggiato, ho controllato che fosse tutto veg nel ristorante. La consistenza veramente incredibile. Gusto molto saporito, non mangio carne da anni ma credo di averlo apprezzato anche di più. Porzioni molto abbondanti, per me troppo ma penso sia comunque un plus. Ho scelto di venire qui anche per la realtà sociale che c'è dietro e che apprezzo molto! Bello trovare posti così :)
My boyfriend wanted to try this as he had previously eaten a traditional goulash. He said the bread dumplings were very similar, maybe even softer, but the sauce was a bit too salty for his taste and strongly tasted like soy sauce. Its texture should be thicker and some onions would have done their job here. In my opinion, it's also a bit too acidic and the beer flavour is not well combined with the rest. The soy chunks are also very salty since they are permeated in the sauce, but the texture is very pleasant. 💸 CZK 200 #veganinprague #vegangoulash #prahavegan
