Bean Curd Rolls in Fresh Tomato Sauce

One of my favourite dishes to eat in Hong Kong! These rolls are made from bean curd and filled with a variety of veggie including cabbage and mushrooms, which are then covered in tomato sauce and corn (and served hot). Super delicious! The portion size is huge so I definitely recommend sharing with someone.
