Bbq Tofu with Red Wine Kale Salad and Summer Squash

This meal was absolutely delicious. The bbq tofu was covered in a flavor packed bbq sauce, the tofu was nice and firm and was not at all soggy. It had great texture and flavor and came with rice. The summer squash was simple yet amazing. I love their kale salad, the dressing is so delicious. I really wish I knew what was in it.
