Finally I’m back to An Chay, one of my favorite spots in Zurich: an almost fully vegan Vietnamese restaurant.
This time I tried their famous Baguette: filled with their special pepper-seitan, homemade salsa verde, cucumber homemade soy garlic sauce, pickled daikon-carrots & cilantro. It was super good! Even the bread was top-quality. What made me love it the most though was the flavors of all the ingredients mixed together, chef kiss! 🤌🏻
The price of this dish was 20 CHF which might seem a lot but for me it was totally worth it!
