Baked ricotta

This was absolutely incredible, my favorite dish at this restaurant! Would get again. Priced well too, $16 I think. Pura vita is a fully vegan restaurant.

Must try! Baked (cashew) ricotta is better than dairy ricotta any day of the week. A wonderful time with ABV’s own incredible head chef @vikas!
