Baked Potato Salad

This baked potato salad was decent. It was a little too oily for my taste but the flavor wasn't bad at all. It has seitan bacon, green onions, celery, baked potatoes, and vegan cheese. I had it cold as takeout but I think it's supposed to be served warm? Overall nothing too special, just tastes like basic potato salad just with more oil lol. Probably wouldn't order again. #potatosalad #potatoes
