Baja Mushroom Taco

My friends and I ordered the taco platter and this was by far my favourite! Super crunchy and delicious.

I really enjoyed this, but my cousin made a good point...it basically was a very thick coating of batter and a small mushroom shriveled up inside. It was my kinda jam though and the other toppings made it all work. I loved it!
