Gluten free bagel with hummus, rocket and dried tomatoes. It was very delicious!
The hummus bagel was delicious and very filling. Besides this bagel, Bagels&Beans in Maastricht offers several other vegan options including one bagel with vegan cream cheese and a vegan BLT version. It is definitely worth checking it out!
