Really unique dish with a variety of vegetables with truffle mash potatoes.

This is a vegetarian cuisine restaurant, serves fine courses with nice environment. Before order your food, the staffs will ask if you can take onions or garlics. It was the first time I had my vegetarian fine courses. Everything is good, their dressing and presentation is good, the taste also not bad. This baby root vegetable garden is one of their side dishes, suitable for people who love potatos.

Very nice presentation. I almost want to call it an art piece. The whipped potato was seasoned very nicely, and not with the MSG or over saltiness that is found in... K*C. Thus, the flavors of the little pieces out of the glass and the roots in the glass are still identifiable. Serves its purpose as a starter.
