Bún Riêu chay - Vegan Pork & Crab Rice Noodle Soup

This was delicious, it has a slightly thick tomatoey broth. I definitely preferred the Bún Bò Huế I ordered last time but it was still very good. The fishy flavour was there so if you don't enjoy that maybe try another dish. I have not tried the original non-vegan dish but I used to enjoy crab/seafood dishes so this is def a good alternative- the "crab" was a little bit similar to how i remember.
