Yumm! Saigon Xua has never disappointed my Vietnamese food cravings! This is one of the closest recreation to the authentic version I’ve had in Aus.

Really yummy and filling with lots of flavour and different textures. I try to support vegan businesses wherever possible so asked my nonvegan friend if she wanted to have lunch here. Hope to revisit soon. Highly recommend this!
