Avocado Toast

The avocado toast is delicious! Fresh micro greens and smashed avocado on a perfectly toasted fluffy focaccia slice make for a great treat. The roasted potatoes are an up charge as a side, but definitely worth it! They use an amazing spice blend of curry seasoning and rosemary, which I would have never thought to pair together but it really is so delicious!
