Avo on Toast (with Thyme Mushrooms)

The ubiquitous go-to vegan option, but this version is really flavourful: beautiful creamy avo, tart pickled onions, perfect hummus, and the mushrooms were really delicious! The portion (one slice) is a bit small for the price (R78) but it was delicious.
