Aubergine Lasagna

For those that like capsicum, this dish is for you! It mostly tastes like capsicum dipped in tomato sauce (cause that's essentially what it is haha). I'm not the biggest fan of capsicum, but the dish tasted not bad. There's also eggplant in it too. Overall, it's a pleasant dish for capsicum lovers.
