Asparagus Tempura

This was the best tasting asparagus in my life! 😂 The individual stems are super big and juicy, so the end result after frying is fantastic.

Again like other dishes very fresh and good quality asparagus my only gripe was it was too oily. The other thing which I thought was missing was salt. But to be fair the sauce compensates the less salt.
