Arroz Meloso

Really, really tasty. Great rice dish in a rich sauce. I asked them to leave out the fake chicken as I’m not a fan of the fake meats and they obliged 😊 #nomadicvegan

Lovely rice dish where the rice is fused with tender beans, succulent mushrooms, Heura, artichokes and a garlic praline that adds an irresistible touch. A delightful dish!
