Arroz con Leche

" Arroz Con Leche" (rice pudding) is one of my favorite treats and this one is soooo yummy 🤤 It's light, yet creamy, with the right amount of sweetness 👌🏼 I love cinnamon so I'm glad this is topped with lots of cinnamon (but it's not overwhelming). I'm also happy it does not contain raisins which some recipes do. I ordered it to go and warmed it up when I got home and it was perfect !!
