Apple & Cinnamon Blondie

Definitely yummy - especially with the ice cream! The gula melaka bits have a lovely crunch. Could perhaps be a bit more brownie-like texture wise and would expect blondie to look less brown haha

I am so glad Prive has opened a new outlet at Botanic Gardens. Although it was clearly under-staffed, the food was still very good. The blondie was perfectly sweetened and has a great texture. It was served with vegan vanilla ice cream and gula melaka caramel. 😋 #veganin2022
