Ang Siew Tofu 红烧豆腐

This felt oddly clean and dirty at the same time 🧐 Clean tasting, but still a touch oily and the #tofu too has burnt bits over its skin ☄️ It’s cooked with #bellpeppers by the way 🫑 I know that flavour can be a turn off for some so it’s good to know ahead 😅 This was RM21 on #grabfood 🛵
