Ang Ku Kueh (Mung Bean)

Back at HarriAnns since they confirm there's no cochineal in the red food dye used for the kueh. But it was pretty lacklustre this morning - stiff glutinous shell and the oil tasted off. Could also be that this Bugis outlet is al fresco (their ang ku kuehs aren't in chillers) #sgvegan
