Amok Spring Rolls

Sunday’s is doing a Khmer New Year special menu! I was so excited to try it! And it truly did not disappoint. To start we got these tofu amok spring rolls, which were amazing. The wrapper was so crispy and slightly chewy, and the filling was packed with flavour. Rich and intense curry with pieces of tofu that oozed out as you bit into it. Yummm. Good prices as well, this was 3.5 USD.
