The salad leaves in this dish were so fresh. There was a perfect balance of textures and flavors. Miso rice, roasted mushrooms, organic tofu, fresh veggies with the delicious chili peanut sauce. Definitely add the avocado two elevated to the next level. It went down really well with a strawberry sunshine smoothie and followed by a snickerdoodle bar from the fridge. The staff were so kind and friendly. The quality of ingredients was apparent in everything they made. Can’t wait to return to this place to try more!
