
Was lucky to sample this dish at GITNB exclusive event and was blown away by every bite of the dish! Also got to taste edible cutlery and it is a innovative creation
Featuring this year’s dinner from GITNB conscious festival held at spore sustainability gallery at City Square Mall. Definitely a smaller scale event due to covid but nonetheless still pretty awesome. There were panel talks throughout the day that opened my eyes to the devastation but also gleaning knowledge from local environmentalists. This meal came with a magnum dairy free ice cream, birch water, crunch cutlery spoon and fork and brownies all packed into a barepack. 💚💚💚 Love that karana was the meat alternative of the day (made from jackfruit!) meant to resemble pulled pork. By working with local farms like urban farmers sg for their veggies and golden sunland which is a B-corp certified corp, I thought it was really meaningful and gives us consumers a better understanding of the people behind the food. Great job GITNB team!
