Black Swan was born in the South Melbourne Market over 30 years ago, when we first produced and sold our much-loved family dip recipes.

Not much has changed in that time. Sure we’re a little older, a little wiser, but we’re still making all of our products with the same love and passion we did all those years ago.

Using only the best ingredients, our commitment to flavour has never soured. We’re still passionate about providing Australians with foods we love, a passion you can taste in every one of our dips and yoghurts, and a passion available now in your local supermarket.
