gojuchang risotto au Eat Anything with vegan — Avis de Grumpy Cat (12 oct. 2025)

Jeonju is known as a bit of a foodie town and the birthplace of Bibimbap. I wanted to go to a small authentic looking restaurant that I had read was fully vegan but sadly it was closed. Instead I happened upon Eat Everything with Vegan and I’m glad a did. Modern style cafe it served veganosed pasta dishes - I opted for the gojuchang #risotto and it was absolutely superb. The menu says not spicy but I found there was a little hint of spice so just a warning for those who don’t like heat
