I am absolutely in love with their stuff 🥰 If I had to choose a non-dairy base for #butter (actually, for anything at all 😝) then it would be #soy (#teamsoy 💪💪💪) This one combines the fruity acidity of #lemon with a saltiness and light sweetness on the palate, an absolute win! Here it's holding together an open-faced sandwich that I made for myself (for the other ingredients check out my subsequent reviews 😉), but I'm already dreaming up pasta recipes! 😃 #ditchdairy already!
