I remember having the vegetarian food here many many years ago, so trying this again was a whole new experience. This was quite a tasty pad thai, with vegetables and tofu. I do wish there were more vegetables and tofu (dish was a bit carb heavy) but the flavour was really good and I would get this again! Looking forward to trying the other dishes on the menu.

That's my struggle with eating out tbh, usually carb-heavy and little if any protein... Still grateful for vegan options though! ☺️
