Canton Vegetable Fried Noodles au Shan Shui, Chinese Kitchen — Avis de sianski (3 oct. 2025)

At the airport and hungry. Very pleased to find this calm restaurant serving some vegan dishes.
The food came quickly, a good plate of thick noodles with a rich flavoured serving of vegetables. The red bell pepper slices were cut really thick and I thought they might be a bit indigestible, but they were cooked and had a natural sweetness.
It was nice to find something other than a wrap or a sandwich.
