
This was the fifth dish in SHU’s 10-course vegan degustation set.
Oh my god, the yellow bullhorn pepper literally melted and dissolved in my mouth within two seconds. You could smell the spices in this as soon as it’s put in front of you. The micro greens on top (I ate them before I remembered to take a picture), were surprisingly lemony and added a nice zing. The TVP mince had a deliciously nutty, rich, succulent, bouncy chewiness that was addictive. I could shovel down a whole bowl of this. The server said that there’s green mango in this but I couldn’t detect any at all though. Still! A delicious dish.
