Vegan Siew Bao 素烧包 au Pure Heart Vegetarian (HQ) 心灵之素 — Avis de Steven Neoh (22 sept. 2025)

I think I have pretty high expectations when it comes to #siewbao, given it only happens to be my favourite #dimsum / #bakedgoods item from omnivorous times 🥲 This one was decent and passable, but fell short of delight. The pastry was delicious - crispy and fragrant. But the #charsiew filling inside didn't have the chewiness or flavour that I was looking for ☹️ RM4.70, not the cheapest either.
