Impossible Bun au JINYA Ramen Bar — Avis de Sarah (21 sept. 2025)

Such a different bun! It was filled with half of an Impossible patty that had a soy sauce glaze on it, guacamole, cucumber, and vegan mayo. The flavors actually all worked really well together, and I especially loved how the cucumber added some sweetness and crunch. The bun was soft and fluffy too. One per order - definitely get a few!
