pear and elder cake au Hunglish — Avis de presha (18 sept. 2025)

Hunglish is a new vegan cafe and waste free/refill store in the North Laine. I popped in last weekend to check them out and lend some support, but didn’t have time to sit down so got two slices of cake. The pear and elder cake was delicately flavoured with a delicious icing, I found the sponge a bit too dense for me but still happily scoffed it down with a cup of chai.
