This was decent, simple.

I’m sure this was #veganized from a “cream of” #soup, hence the lack of body — no substitutes were made, such as potato to thicken leading to an overall watery composition 🥔

This tends to be the trend with omnivore restaurants, where we are spoiled with more careful executions in plant-based restaurants 😇

It extends to other omnivore foods to be fair such as cream-based carbonara 🤮 This #pumpkinsoup was unfortunately lacking in that same vein and just felt, just a little 🤏, off.
