Hail Seitan au Goat Head — Avis de Sarah (14 sept. 2025)

One of the best “fried chicken” sandwiches I’ve had! It was described as a Nashville hot chicken sandwich with hot sauce, lettuce, tomato, pickle, vegan mayo, on a pretzel bun. The seitan was absolutely perfect and not chewy at all, it was actually really tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. It was SPICY and messy. So good with a side of the Texas Coleslaw!
