Tofu AfroBowl au Wolf Sharing Food Market — Avis de tiascaz (12 sept. 2025)

My main dish here at Wolf Sharing Market was this Tofu “Afrobowl”, from the African stand which is by Toukoul, the Ethiopian restaurant I visited earlier this week! I loved their food, and this plate was no exception, the saucy tofu was marinated to perfection and had a really chewy texture. There was this stew of mixed veggies. With a turmeric rice, and a lentil salad. Nice balance of flavours and felt quite nutritious.
