Vegetarian Tramezzini (cheese removed) au Post House Restaurant Clarens — Avis de eat-plants (8 sept. 2025)

Yum! Stuffed full of mushroom, olives and pepperdews, this tramezzini was filling, flavorful and bursting with umami.
The menu item has cheese in the tramezzini and gets in the side salad so I just ordered without the cheeses and it was superb.
Always a bit unsure what I'll get by removing the cheese from a dish as that's sometimes all the restaurant could think of without meat.
Happy to report this was definitely not the case. In fact, I was left wondering why they have cheese in the original dish at all.

Pretty plating, helpful, friendly staff and I'll fit sure order this again.
