Beetroot Hummus au Merci Marcel @ Robertson Quay — Avis de cheuk (27 août 2025)

Had an unexpected business lunch. There was no vegan option on the menu but they were happy to adjust menu items.
The beetroot hummus was part of a 2-course set lunch. It was beautifully presented and tasty, but could do with less olive oil. The addition of granola was quite unique and added a crunch. I will be adding pomegranate to my beetroot hummus now. 😆
