This tasted like a cinnamon roll, and it’s been one of my favorite protein shakes. It’s good in water or milk (oat and soy are my preferences). This was decently filling and has a good protein profile. I’ve been getting really into weight training lately, so this helps 💪🏋️‍♂️ #veganprotein #protein #weightlifting
