This was a yummy pancake mix! The pancakes came out fluffy and didn’t have any weird aftertaste as there tends to be with such mixes (especially protein filled ones). With 14g of protein per serving and an easy to make batter (just add water to the powder according to the package instructions), I’m grateful I found this for some easy breakfast mornings (swipe to see the cooked pancakes with some maple syrup and #nuttelex butter and a cauliflower hash brown).
