Wow! Jenga-like in stature, majestic in taste - this umami-filled stack of grilled oyster mushrooms BE the highlight of Violet Oon's plant-based menu. Came with turmeric coconut sauce that was just so mildly spiced, but unfortunately still too spicy for the chili-averse daughter. 🌶️ Also unfortunately, since we were way past the kid's bedtime and her eyes were more glazed than the skin of a donut, we had to bolt home soon after this dish, even before dessert was served. 😭 So that makes no just desserts for us, just no desserts. 🙃
