A very impressive #fish substitute, the texture inside is white and breaks down just like fish. The taste reminded me of the sea animals as well, and the pairing with the sauce was on point. Howeverrr I found them too salty and a little difficult to eat for this very reason. #mexicovegano 🇲🇽
